I hate writing this update but feel that I should share. I have used Mars for years. Loved their work... always professional... and I felt they were within reason on their pricing. So last week when my water heater went out, I didn't hesitate to call. Imagine my surprise when I was told that it would cost me almost $2000 without the service plan for a water heater. I expected $1100 - 1500 at the high end. I felt like I was in a pickle as I needed my water heater fixed and couldn't take any more time off work. I was told that the reason it was so high was because it was a low boy... and yet when I googled that make and model... the price does not seem justified. PLUS you don't get a receipt, a break down of costs, etc. I used to. Instead the technician scribbles stuff on a paper and then you sign off. I am so frustrated because this isn't how it was when the father owned the business.
I had Mars take care of an issue for me and Andy the tech was Awesome. Andy was in and out and made my miserable situation seem like it wasnt that bad and he is a Great Man!!! The professionalism and knowledge is stellar and I will always use Mars for ALL my needs from here on and whenever someone needs these services.. MARS is top of my list for a referral!!! Thank you John and the entire Mars Team!!! Y'all ROCK!!!
Very professional and friendly! Used them for a sewer inspection and for plumbing issues and will definitely use them again. Got help less than 2 hours after I called. Great people and services!

Mars installed a new water softener at our house on 12/31/18. The installer answered all our questions upfront and did his installation procedure efficiently and within the time frame he stated before beginning. He removed all the old materials, cleaned the area where he worked , and explained the system and the maintenance. We are pleased with the system and will call Mars for any plumbing needs in the future.
