Hats off to Mark. We have had Mark as our tech for several years. He is so professional, and courteous. He always explains what he is doing and what needs to be done. Always on time and seeing that unit is outside he always takes time to make sure he doesn't make a mess when he comes in the house. Great job Mark.

Jim R. came to our house for a precision tune-up and professional cleaning of our A/C unit. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond our expectations! He made great suggestions and installed pipework in order to optimize our system's performance. We have also worked with Althoff previously in regards to a toilet installation that I won from them, and that went very smoothly as well.
