Wow! I don’t know why I or anyone would want to do business with this company. On my first phone call, I was instructed to leave a message in his voice mail. On my second phone call, I was accused of not leaving a message and that was why no one called me back. Then, the person I was supposed to talk to was so rude. Why would I want to do business with them. NEXT!
I love the customer service from this company. I used them 3 different times for various projects around the house. They have been excellent. I will be calling them back again when needed.

H. R. Stewart has a great reputation in our neighborhood in Crystal Lake, as well as in their location of Cary, IL. Tech Chris R. visited at our earliest convenience to help us with our furnace. It's always wonderful to get help with heating during 5 degree winter weather in IL. It's equally wonderful to be greeted with exceptional techs. Chris is professional, pleasant and importantly, well trained in his field. He took time and care to diagnose the issue with our furnace. Although we are in need of a new furnace soon (we know it's older and Chris confirmed our suspicion) it was nice to have the option of repair at this time. We appreciate the honesty and fair prices offered from this company. Chris took time to go over the issue with me as well as share them over the phone with my husband who was unable to be present during the repair. Our neighbors have called on this company as well and have been very pleased. I will be calling them when the furnace needs more urgent replacement. They also do plumbing as well!
