I needed to have a gas valve replaced on my water heater and to have the sewer line cleared of roots. Tim from Thad Ellet Plumbing did an excellent job of getting both tasks done efficiently and effectively. Very satisfied with his work.

I have used Thad Ellet for several of my plumbing issues over the years and they are second to none. They are always quick, efficient and friendly. Most recently I had a water heater go bad and they got me right in with an appointment (Heidi was great!). Joe and Jason were my plumbers and they were professional and kind. From the time they arrived for my free estimate, to the time they had the new water heater installed was 2 hours. This included them going to get the new tank to install. Did a real good job of installing hot water heater and looks fantastic. Best service around. The only thing a didn't like was the total price of service. Staff are well detailed and the office staff was very helpful.
