I called on recommendation of my trusted neighbor and turned out to be very glad I did. Mark and Darryl came and, after a series of complications, conquered. They were very pleasant, very competent and most importantly, very persistent. The job turned out to be more than they had bargained for, but they worked and worked until it was solved. Called to get some work done gave me a time of 1pm to 4pm took the day off work then they didn't even show up called them at 430 they said you showed up but it didn't look like anyone was home I been here all day so they said they can come the next day from 7am to 11am well still no show I called them they said there backed up so I said ya my drain is also called Calumet city plumbers they cam out in a hr and I'm good to go now shady plumbing company and when I asked them for there licenses number they hung up on me

We called Genuos back to blow air in the bathtub line which is what they did before and it worked like a charm. Totally willing to pay $125 which is what we paid before. My husband noticed on the receipt they gave from the previous job that they guaranteed the work for a year - it was only six months from the last appointment. When we asked, the guy says, "oh it doesn't cover that!" Then someone calls us back and says, yes it is covered, we'll come in a couple of hours. They show up with a hand held air tank that has to be hand-cranked. Not the same tank they used previously. I'm thinking that's not enough to fill a bicycle tire...but okay. Then the guy from Genuos says," it's not working, we'll have to charge $225 to route out the line." Okay no problem. He comes back in with a hand held router - like the ones you use for a kitchen sink!!!!! After cranking for 3 to four minutes he says its not working, so we're gonna charge you $125 ????????? Mind you the tubs drained prior to them coming. But after he did what he did, there's standing water in both bathrooms.... Then my husband pushed back a little but told the son, "just right the receipt." He leaves out to go to the van and after a few minutes just drives off - and our tubs are completely backed up.
