I left a message on Sunday when the office was closed and received a call back early on Monday morning! Thanks, Patrice! I was amazed by your prompt response and great customer service! By 9:00 AM Bryan was at the house to check on my plumbing situation. There was no service fee to come out. WOW! I was impressed! Bryan gave me a website address to shop for a new faucet (good quality and no shipping fee). He'll come out to install it for a fee and I can use a $35 off coupon I found in a local advertisement. What a great way to start the day! Thanks Patrice and Bryan!

Very helpful from start to finish, easy to make an estimate appointment, reasonably priced, and when we approved the work to be done they were able to come out 2 days later even on a holiday weekend. Brian was knowledgeable and professional and he got the work done in about 2 and a half hours which seemed pretty quick for installing gas line and a stove. When he was done he showed pictures of all the work performed and went over exactly what was done. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing and gas line work.

The Plumber Guy is a small family owned business that competes with the 'big boys' and they it do with professionalism, customer-centric service, and pride of workmanship. We had these guys come into give us an estimate on two jobs in the house. They were able to come out the next day and go through exactly what we needed doing and quoted is a price on the spot. we were able to schedule a date at that time and they came back today to take care of the two jobs. We were impressed by the professionalism of both the office staff and our plumber. They jobs were taken care of and the removed items taken off site as well. A job well done. Thank you

Joe and Jeremy were awesome. This was the first time our family used The Plumber Guy and I can tell you that they will be our 'go to' for everything to do with plumbing from now on. They were so professional, patient with our questions, thorough with their explanations and recommendations.
