I'm VERY surprised at the Reviews on here. My dealings with Russ Moore have been VERY pleasant. He's Professional, knowledgeable about his work, thorough.. answered all my questions and left me very satisfied with his service. I will be a repeat customer..

Much like all the other reviews here...ours is the same. These guys are a joke of a company. They don't show when scheduled...they don't call to reschedule ...we have had to track them down since December to finish the job. Every time they came out they were unprepared. They used our tools...our ladders...our nails ...our extra wood for whatever they needed that for...our flashlight...and yesterday when they got here, they went into our garage and took out all those same tools and we didn't even know they were at our house. This time they left with our hammer and said they thought it was theirs which is a complete lie because they showed up with no tools...I mean what plumber doesn't even have his own bucket??? And I don't want to even get started on the multiple messes we had to clean up after they left! If you have a home warranty and your warranty company refers this company, be adamant and tell them you want another plumber. These guys are worthless and we still haven't gotten our hammer back. I wonder how they are going to feel when I show up on their doorstep to get it back. Please pass this on to everyone you know...DO NOT USE INFINITY PLUMBING!!!

This person scheduled and confirmed an appointment with me for Monday 1/16/17. Then, the Friday before the scheduled appointment he called my husband wanting to come on that same day 'because his kids were off of school'. Was short and unpleasant when he was informed that both my husband and I were at work and unable to accommodate this request. On our actual appointment day, he never showed up. We waited for 6 hours, and he did not respond to or return any calls. Look elsewhere if you want someone reliable.

Called on a Wednesday morning to get a quote for some plumbing work to be done in my basement. Was told "we'll be out between 2 and 3 pm today to check it out and give you a quote". No one ever showed up or made contact back with me. When I called back at 4:45 in the afternoon to see what had happened, a gentleman named Russ answered the phone and when I inquired about our appointment, I was hung up on. If this is how the company treats a potential customer, I can't imagine how customers that have issues with their service are treated. With so many options and plumbers in the area, your better off finding someone else with better customer service skills and who is more reliable to help you out.

I wanted to post a review for the service that Russ and his crew supplied me and my wife. Russ responded to our needs quickly and efficiently and installed our new water heater the same day the insurance company authorized the claim. I read the reviews once the insurance company told me that Infinity Plumbing was assigned to my claim. I am glad to say that the negative reviews were totally wrong, I think the reviewers need to transfer their frustrations to the insurance company, not to Infinity Plumbing. I just moved into the area, and I can now put Infinity Plumbing in my contacts as my plumber when I need one in the future.
