I've called everday for the past week and can't get anyone to answer the phone, I left a voicemail and never got a call back.

No calls ever returned.

After waiting for over a month with several leaks and other plumbers who wouldn't come to do the work, or sometimes wouldn't even bother to call me back to say they weren't coming, I called Ricci Plumbing and wished i'd called them in the first place! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I left a message about my repair needs, and the owner called me back within hours, and scheduled his crew to come the next day. They arrived when promised, and went right to work on two bath tubs and a toilet that were all leaking various amounts. One tub will need more extensive work, so they will come back. It is SO refreshing to have a business return your calls, AND have the friendly and competent crew arrive on time and work hard. I was SO impressed, and SO relieved to finally have someone help me out with this. Thank you, Ricci Plumbing!!!! I totally recommend you!
