I've used them for two decent sized-jobs, installing a check-valve in my front lawn and removing an old grease trap out of my basement floor. Their rates were decent and the work was done well. Most importantly, when they finished the basement job the floor was re-cemented and everything was clean so I was able to use the area again that night.

Fantastic. I called before 8, and a knowledgeable and friendly woman took my call, gave me advice, and promised someone would call back before 1:30. The kitchen drain into the basement floor needed to be rodded out in our 2-flat, and we have no clean-out in the line. I guess since it was a straight-forward job, the plumber came right away instead and the whole thing was done before 9, for $115. It took some perseverence and a good 10+ minutes of drilling away at the clog, but he did it! Just wonderful service!!
