My husband and I are very thankful for the professional and courteous service we have been shown by ALL the employees of Popejoy that we have been blessed to be in contact with this last year of our residence here in Dwight. We are very confident with these young men in our home. We trust them enough we have never felt we had to keep our eyes on them at all times. They definitely leave our home in better shape than when they arrived. We are already making up a list to keep them busy next year.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my new water FLO monitoring valve. His installation was very professional and he clearly explained all the details and set up the monitoring system on my smart phone. I will rest easier now that I have this in place and knowing that I won't come home to an unexpected water disaster! Thanks again POPEJOY - the solution people!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company. My boiler was 47 years old and finally gave out. They replaced it with a high efficiency one .I had some renovations planned. My contractor works with Popejoy. They are in sync knowing exactly what has to be done between them. No confusion or time delays. The first scheduled day of plumbing work my sump pump had given out. Dylan took time to not only replace the pump but run a very improved system which took the water outside as opposed to the drain in the basement i had battled for years. Then he did his work in the bathroom which was gutted along with my bedroom and laundry room. Several different service men were there at different times and knew exactly what was going on. They cleaned up the old mangled plumbing in the basement and replaced with new which is a spectacular improvement. They also did a great job with the original electrical work and other i added on throughout the process. That was Russ Gadbury. Very good electrician and easy to work with. Ryan Zimmerman came to my house to go over some changes i wanted made with fixtures for the bathroom. I got exactly what i wanted. Dustin would come by different times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. It certainly was. Finally Eric installed my washer and dryer by cutting through the floor into the basement and running the venting system along the ceiling and cutting through a foot of blocb to vent outside. My house is very old and now its very modern and very nice with the rooms remodeled. Several servicemen were responsible for the fantastic job done. A very huge thanks to the Popejoy group. I didn't have one complaint. Everything was professional and very well done.

I have used Popejoy on numerous occasions and the have always been Johnny on the spot. Right there when I needed them. Their work has always been to my satisfaction. You want the quality work for the price look NO further! Thank you all of you for being there for me! I appreciate you!
