Greg and Brandon showed up. Kind profesional serviced my 1988 Bryant system. Preformed preventative maintenance. Found and fixed many things I knew about. Only a trained eye and caring professionals Would ever find this. This is the first time in decades did this happen. Rate them 6
Hoveln installed are A/C. And we have had great service. Greg Rhodes the service Tech. has been great to work with.
Hoveln was responsive, professional and courteous. However, I learned after the fact I was grossly overcharged. They charged $410 for 3 pounds of R22! Google it, that's an overcharge by a factor of nearly 10! With the service to add the three pounds of R22 to my system, my total bill was $603!!!
Excellent customer service, team is top notch, great pricing on sump pumps. They solved my problems, installed my system perfectly and beat out pricing and were able to work around my schedule. What else can one ask for? I also want to mention how clean these guys are when walking in your house, shoe covers and laying down canvas, the only team I have met so far that does that.
