I have been using Lanz for all my heating, plumbing and cooling needs for a few years and am happy with the service. They can always get someone out quickly. There was one incident with the pricing but a manager made it right. Otherwise everything has been great.

Thomas Jordan was here this morning to check on our new Heat Pump system and answer our questions. He did an excellent job of answering my concerns and showed me how to better understand the thermostat and function of the system. He is knowledgeable and is able to convey understandable information. He is definitely an asset to your organization. All the men who installed the system were equally considerate and efficient in the installation process. I was impressed with the whole crew and would not hesitate to recommend your company. Our A/C stopped working on a hot Saturday in July. Ryan was over to fix the unit within one hour. I was very impressed with the prompt, professional and courteous service provided, as well as the quality of work. Highly recommended!

Victor was very helpful and courteous when he did our air conditioning check. This was no easy job as our street is torn up and he had to walk almost a block carrying his equipment. We would definitely recommend Victor as a serviceman.

Brandon came out to do a camera inspection for us. I really appreciated his timeliness. He was professional, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile to help us with our plumbing issues. I was very pleased with the entire process.
