Best plumbing company in the city
Worse service ever! Plumber lied to us when he left his job incomplete. When confronted and asked why, he made one excuse after another until he finally hung up the phone. Calling Office Manager was of no use, she too was rude and useless. The real reason job was left incomplete was so they can make a 2nd visit and CHARGE US AGAIN for the $120 for mobilization plus $120 hour minimal.
Tried to set up service, had a bizarre experience over the phone. I was told no one could help today, I waited for her to tell when they have someone available, what do I do to set up an account, anything. Just silence.
Unreliable. We called about a kitchen sink that had backed up in my condo unit during the day on a Thursday. They said they would send somebody the following Friday morning, but by 1 PM we had not heard from them. At 2 PM, they called and said that they would not be able to come that day, leaving us without a plumber that day (and in a difficult scramble to find a replacement plumber that day).
