Professional and Courteous. Both staff and technicians. Technicians evaluated and provided recommendations and options that we could choose from. Did not attempt to sell us more than we could afford or more than necessary. Their Integrity was evident from the time they arrived until the job was complete. Thank you both Wes & Eric!
Popejoy is the best! Very kind. They always come as fast as they can even if its 5 or 6pm. They will be there! Michael Breen and shorty and the two guys with shorty were great to us from letting us know everything going on to being very kind and staying calm the whole time!!
Popejoy has installed a whole house generator, sump pump, backup sump, surge protector, winterized my home and just dewinterized my home. Every staff member has been very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this company.
I needed some work done at my rental house. I called Pope Joy and the scheduling and dispatchers gave me an honest and accurate time the work would be done.They were courteous and professional. I called a couple times for follow up and each time I received a courteous and professional answer. Near the time that Jordan and Sam, the technicians were to arrive i was sent a text message with Technicians name and picture. The guys showed up and I could not ask for better service. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. The next time I need this type of service, I will definitely use Pope Joy and I will ask for Jordan and Sam again. Great Job. This is a far cry from calling a plumber in the old days!!
This is the fourth time that I have used this company over the last three years. I have used them for: small jobs less than two hundred; medium jobs, more than a thousand; and big jobs more than 5000. I have dealt with the workers, salesmen, and the people in charge. I can unequivocally recommend them for any and all jobs. On one of my jobs there was a small issue, the company stepped up and resolved my concerns. I just put in a whole house generator. They came on time, worked hard, and completed the job. Quite honestly, if you live in an area they service, I don't know why you would use anyone else.
