I had 2 issues and 1 of them being a non operating sump pump! Miguel was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. He came same day and arrived about 8:30pm. He fixed my other problem with a new valve, cut out a lot of extra unnecessary pipe and fittings. It looks nice and is up to code. My sump pump is pumping away nicely. He cleaned up and took all of the garbage with him! Great job! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of this company for well over 10 years and have always been pleased with their service. Their products are great - I have their furnace, 2 air conditioners and am about to purchase a water heater. They have great service policies that allow for annual check ups on all products. Their service personnel are very knowledgeable and very personable. They are willing to work with me on pricing of products and I don’t feel pressured to buy something more than I need. I feel very comfortable that my heating, cooling and now water heating needs will be handled.

Andy came for our annual home checkup. He was courteous and found a gas leak with some diligent hunting! If you haven't checked out HomeNow's club membership, you should. We're really happy with it and it is affordable.

The technician, Eddie, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. My furnace needed several new parts that I'd been advised months earlier were ready to "die", so I requested Eddie to replace them. He completed his work quickly, left my home as clean as it was when he arrived, and was very pleasant to work with. My furnace is running perfectly!
