I had a new water heater installed and the plumber who came out did a fantastic job of setting up a pan and drainage setup which I did not have previously. Our upstairs toilet started leaking into our downstairs hallway, and needless to say we needed the problem fixed ASAP. We were given Oasis Plumbing number from a friend and thought we would give them a try. We sent a text to Oasis after 8pm at night and much to our shock, they replied back immediately. We setup an appointment for the next day. Wade came out, and arrived early. He asset the problem and gave us quote, which we approved. He kept us updated throughout the entire process and was extremely professional. While working on the toilet he found another small problem and fixed it without any charge. He left the bathroom cleaner than he found it and did a great job! Oasis Plumbing is our go to for all our plumbing needs!

Mr. Roper was prompt, courteous, and listened to my concerns over what ended up just being an old garage ceiling stain from an A/C freeze months earlier. He did a thorough job of eliminating every possible way it could be a leak (just to ease my fears), and then took care of a completely unrelated shower issue for us before he left. The price he charged us had to have been only for the shower parts and labor (and not the time he patiently spent diagnosing my "non-leak") because it was far less than I was expecting. We will definitely call him again!
