BEWARE IF YOU HAVE HOME WARRANTY They know very well that home warranty will give them the competitive payment so they will try to find things which are not covered in the CONTRACT and will charge you ENORMOUS AMOUNTS for that (even if it is a simple fix). Your out of pocket will be hundreds of dollars even for a small fix. If HOME WARRANTY recommends them then ask warranty company to recommend some other contractor.
AHS sent these guys to give a second opinion for a plumbing issue. The appointment was scheduled for between 12p and 5p. At 7:45am, they called my wife (not the primary number on the account) to let her know they were 30-40 minutes away. An hour and a half later, they show up right as I'm supposed to be getting online for a work meeting. I let them in and show them the toilet that was having the issue. I went back upstairs to call into the meeting. 15-30 SECONDS later, they come marching upstairs and one of them says that the other had to take a call. So they go out to their truck. They sit in the truck for 15 minutes or so. I went outside after my meeting and let them know I was free to talk whenever. 5 minutes later, they drove off without saying anything else to me. They gave the same opinion as the first plumber, which I explained to them was wrong and why it was wrong. This company is obviously in the pocket of American Home Shield. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE WORKING WITH A HOME WARRANTY.
I only gave the 2 stars because the receptionist answers the phone. Guy came out on Friday about my hot water heater. It’s now Tuesday & he has failed to even call the order in to my warranty company to get the work approved. It’s now Tuesday & I’m still without hot water due to his lack of attention on the matter. & as a business when I called a third time before I even complained you would think they would have tried to address it.
Draingo sent Donn and Jared and they were professional, friendly and did a great job. Fixed everything on the list with Old Republic plus a leaky faucet. I would use them again and certainly recommend these guys.
These guys were very unprofessional when they showed up to my home. I advised that my husband was pulling up to let them in and they left anyway. They did not give him a chance to get there to open the door and would not answer the phone or return my phone calls. I will definitely be filing a complaint with American Home Shield. I have never had this happen before.
