I just got off the phone asking for a quote - and the guy on the other end was extremely RUDE! He asked what brand of faucets I was replacing my 5 old faucets and 2 shower fixtures with - and when I told him "Glacier Bay" - he said, "I don't even want the job." No explanation, no recommendation that I buy something else from Home Depot, no offer to work with me...just a curt, obnoxious tone that said "you are too much trouble for me to deal with." Literally a 1 minute 30 second conversation. Unprofessional to the highest degree.
