Morrison Plumbing, Heating and Air

We had our annual check-up of our A/C system today, and the technician, Rob, was excellent. He did a thorough check of both the inside and outside units and found that there were a few issues, which he promptly corrected. I found him to be professional and very knowledgeable, and was more than willing to explain everything he was doing to me. Overall very satisfied with the service we've gotten from Morrison!

Morris has sent us a welcome to our new home letter with a special offer for servicing our air conditioning unit so we decided to take advantage of this. The office staff who scheduled the appointment was very professional and helpful. They sent us a text message reminder and also an email reminder which is great for us because we are Family on the go. We received a phone call and text message about 30 minutes before appointment. The service manager Jeremiah came out to clean and inspect our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough and professional. He gave us advice and tips on our unit and also described to us other services the company provides. He told us about their customer loyalty program and how it would benefit us. Very nice gentleman. We have set up another appointment for additional bids for plumbing and air duct work. Being new to the area we were so thankful for a top-of-the-line company and look forward to their expertise and helping us complete our home renovation projects.

While their prices and I definitely believe that it could be done cheaper, I definitely recommend Corey. He came out with 2 hrs notice, fixed my water heater, and worked with me to not pay with my first born. He was professional, accurate, and meticulous. I’m thankful that they were able to come out so quick.

Our technician (Matt) was inquisitive, thorough and very easy to collaborate with in diagnosing our issue. He was very patient in answering my many questions and offered easy to understand and rational descriptions of the issues we were facing. His recommendations were sound and not at all pushy. I felt like I was talking to a friend and hashing our what we could do to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with Morrison’s performance and would recommend them to my friends in need of their services.

I am pleased with the work that Michael from Morrison Plumbing did for me. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. He spent the time to make sure my stove, oven and hot water heater were working. I really appreciated his positivity. I know I will call Morrison Plumbing again and would be pleased to have Michael back to do the job. Thanks.
