Rick and his assistant just finished up a cleaning service at my home. I'm a detail-oriented kind of guy and so I had a lot of questions. Rick answered every one of them and made sure I understood my options, from fastest and quickest to longer and more involved, as well as his professional recommendation. I felt perfectly comfortable deciding to have them perform a full cleaning of the line that runs from the trap just outside my house all the way to the sewer main. Was referred to them by Windy City Plumbing and very glad to have taken the advice.

Had to break up and re-route all of the plumbing for the basement bathroom. They also replaced the ejector pit and vented all of the plumbing for the toilet, vanity, and shower. Were professional and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend.
