Hablé con ellos para una reparación de una fuga en mi casa que me estaba costando el doble en mi bill mensual, al principio me atendieron bien y me dieron una cotización, dias después llamé para poner cita y que vinieran a arreglarme esa fuga, dejé recado que me devolvieran la llamada y lo que recibi fué un mensaje de texto diciendome que no iban a poder ayudarme porque habian agarrado un trabajo más "grande"... llamé de nuevo y a pesar de que les insistí que me urgia no quisieron ir a mi casa... eso es una falta total de responsabilidad por dejarme "colgado" y porque con un mensaje de texto me mandaron a "volar"... les interesó más el billete...
