I've been a customer of All Family Plumbing ever since I moved to the palatine area over 10 years ago. John and his guys never fail me. This last cold spell we had was no exception. The emergency service I received was prompt and reasonably priced as usual. 5 stars all the way, through and through.

We had our entire family stay at our house for the holidays. We woke up Sunday morning to find sewage backing up out of our downstairs shower. We needed to find a plumbing company that did emergency calls. My neighbor recommended All Family Plumbing to us because they recently had their kitchen plumbing remodeled with them. After calling we had two plumbers at our house in less than an hour, very impressive considering it was a early Sunday morning on a holiday weekend. They used a special rodding machine to clear our sewer line out. Then tested to make sure all of the drains in our house were working properly. It was such a relief to have such fast service during a time when we had many guests staying at our house. I would highly recommend All Family Plumbing to anyone considering the service provided to us and my neighbors satisfaction with them as well.
