The customer service at the Home Depot in Rogers, AR is excellent. My husband and I purchased a Chamberlain Whisper 1 1/4 HP Garage Door Opener yesterday and we went through the entire installation process only to find out that the motor was not working. We went to Home Depot and spoke with Paul, who told us to just bring in the parts that were not working and he would replace them. We did that and Paul held true to his word. When my husband realized that he missed exchanging one additional part, we called and talked to Paul again. He did not hesitate to tell us to come in and retrieve the additional part. I call that EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Exchanging the parts was all we needed to make the product work. Thank you, Paul at the Home Depot.
