Tom's Plumbing Solutions

We were referred to Tom’s for Warranty Service for our home. They didn’t contact us within the timeframe given. As per the warranty service”s recommendation, we contacted Toms on Saturday. The lady answering the phone was quite rude, stating that she should only be called for emergencies. She then said she would call us back the following Monday, which they did not do. I have no idea what their service is actually like, but given their inability to keep their commitments on something as simple as a return phone call, it’s not a service that I would want or recommend.

We have been using this company for the last few years… They have been professional, reliable, and fair. We depended on them for a major project involving sink, drainage, sewer, and garbage disposal installation. Everything went as planned, and equipment has been holding up well!! Definitely intend to keep using this company.

Excellent and efficient service. Very professional. I had to have a main sewer pipe repaired in my home. I would definitely call them again if the need arises, and I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Have a home warranty service, had an issue , they called and said this is a plumbing issue they don’t deal with. Just watch their commercial on TV and their commercial states they handle anything to do with plumbing. Unfortunately we found that not to be true.
