Had to call them numerous times. Left lots of voicemails but didn’t get my calls returned. But when my father-in-law leave a voicemail for them, they will return his calls but never mine. They went to our house for a pipe issue in our basement. They said they need to dig outside the house so they did. After that, they never came back. We tried to call and call, and again, no answer. We ended up hiring another plumber, turned out it didn’t even need digging outside. Found out also that the spot where they dig is very far from the pipe itself. So they just left us a mess in our backyard. Will not recommend.

Not to happy with the Plummer they sent me If I hadn't checked my water heater before he left it would still be leaking. The cold water faucet in the tub doesn't sit flush with the wall and doesn't turn as well as the hot water one. I had to call them to come back because of the half inch hole they left above the water nozzle. Two guys came out to fix it , it's better but not professional looking. On my first bill I was billed for two people when there was only one person here the first time. The person I called told me sometimes she forgets and6 does that , I wonder how many people have paid extra for not catching it on their bill . go somewhere else if you have a choice. You deserve better
