Jones Plumbing is GREAT. Brian took one step into my basement when I bought my house and pin pointed every potential problem I could expect to see in the future with my plumbing -- It is somewhat of an older home and the cast iron plumbing is less than desirable. When I started having plumbing issues a few years later, he again came over, took one look at where the issues were, and CORRECTLY diagnosed my problem. I had an extreme amount of roots in my main line and he knew just by looking at the debris that had collected in my basement. He was able to cut into the cast iron pipe and replace it with a more-modern clean-out fixture in a VERY reasonable time frame. He also explained to me what was going on in a way that I could understand, and did not try to take me for all I'm worth by upselling services, etc. He actually told me that his 'gut feeling' was that it wasn't as bad as it could be. My plumbing is still being worked on, so I will most likely edit this review later, but I cannot thank him enough for the work he has provided (and continues to provide) on my behalf.

This company NEVER calls you back. We were assigned them to fix a leak in our water heater from Home Warranties of America. He never called us to schedule an appointment ever after we called 3 times and left voicemails. I don't know how you get any business done if you don't return phone calls.

Was sent to Jones Plumbing through my Home Warranty company. They never returned my calls or apparently the calls from the Home Warranty company. No call, no text, no explanation. Very frustrating.
