Mike was great. He actually checked out the problem upon arriving at my home, before he even rang my doorbell. What I originally thought was going to be a horrific expense, to my relief is going to an easy fix.

Brian came out to my place of employment, very large office space with multiple rooftop units. He was very thorough with his inspection of the units as well as the ducts and did a good job of explaining the issues.

Terrible service considering they advertise "24/7". Called an answering service that put me on hold and the kind lady also had no idea what I was talking about when it came to plumbing.

Yeah called like an hour ago answering service said a tech was going to call me back to come and check my air it's not working having my kids and my 1 1/2 yr sitting here miserable waiting on an answer back not really worth calling if their not going to respond especially when it's an emergency because I have kids here I'm giving you guys a bad review because if you can't take care of your customers when you say 24 hrs that's false advertisement I'm giving you half hour to call me and call back to come see what's wrong with my AC or loss business you guys answer emergency calls like you have mine you won't be in business very long????????????????????????
