Leonard & Six Plumbing & Heating

I was in an urgent need of a plumber and called this company on a weekend expecting to receive a call back on the next business day. It has been over a week and I am still waiting to hear from them. They were recommended by a good friend of mine. Maybe I should stop listening to my friend. Maybe they are too busy to take new clients. The rate and review system won't let me choose less than one star.

We've used them several times for non-emergencies and they've always called back quickly and fixed the issues in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable price.

they did not fix a problem correctly the first time due to their careless and lack of knowledge i guess and expected me to pay again for them to fix it right. bad bad people.
