My sister in law went to a "Big Name" hearing and cooling company who came out and told her that she was looking at around 1500 for a secondary heat exchanger went out. And that they would probably be better off just buying a new furnace with a lifetime parts and two year labor for 2500.00. I told her to call randy west plumbing and he came out and said there was nothing wrong with the exchanger and that it was a burner...90 bucks later and it was fixed. There are so many crooks and liars out there just here for greed. What is seriously lacking is character. And Randy and his wife have plenty. Thank u so much!
