They guys that came to help with my septic system were awesome. Super nice and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. Totally would recommend.

Got a new water heater from Metcalf's. Waited until spring to get it installed because basements get cold. They came out, took measurements ( i wanted some old copper replaced also) and I got a quote the next day. Installation happened shortly after that because work schedule didnt match up. Once it got installed it was quite painless on me and my bank account. Even got an appology (because a second person was brought in to help assist the removal of the old water heater and placement of the new one) caused the quoted price to go up slighly. They explained the increase, it was reasonable and I was more than willing to pay for the work done.

Do not deal with this company !!! They will give you a price then the price gets changed after job is done !!! Messed up work at my house and never fixed it properly !!!!

Installed a water softener for me. Professional installation, Technician was very nice.

Scam artists! Do NOT deal with this company. Do not even get a bid from them. Do not let them in your house. If the slightest thing is wrong anywhere, they will report you to the authorities and make you spend the money to get it fixed. They are not there to help. They are there to create business for themselves.
