Hansen Plumbing has done several jobs for me and has always done excellent work at a fair price.

I've received several notices from my local municipality regarding a back flow test. Hansen is listed as the primary contact to have the test completed. I've called no less than a dozen times with no answer and never a returned call. The voice message states that the missed call is important, but my impression is it is not.

Untrustworthy took our money and ran. Didn't have the decency to call us back, let alone how unprofessional.called for two days. Nothing but a sad email to explain our plumbing issue. *update* I was your neighbor, sad you didnt even know my name. Your records should have shown that. Literally right next door to you. Claimed our main line was collapsed. Quoted 6000$ for new main under the house. Rotorooter came out, mapped and scoped our BRAND NEW less than *6yrs* old main sewer line. Paid you 300 for you to look at nothing. Happy to let customers know what theyre getting.

This company provided top notch service that was reasonably priced, friendly service and quick at finishing the job. Hansen Plumbing & Mechanical a name you can trust!

Don't know who Lindsay Brown is. I don't get paid until the job is done.
