A+ Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Joe showed up on time for our scheduled appointment. We went over what I needed for new bathroom plumbing in the basement. When we were finished Joe said he would call me back within 2 hours with a bid. That was 5 days ago and I have yet to hear from him. Disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I guess he doesn't have the cahones to call me back and tell me he's not interested in doing the job. UPDATE!!!!!! 4/1/19 I need to apologize to Joe for posting the previous review. I got the flu right after his visit and didn't realize he had tried calling me back 2 times from an unrecognized number. (I figured it was a robo-dial and did not answer it.) Again, sorry Joe.

I'd love to leave a review of the actual service but I never received any. I called them and asked if they could come out on the weekend. This wasn't for an emergency. The guy I spoke to on the phone said he could come out on Saturday between 8-9am. This was his suggestion. I work early in the mornings during the week so I like to sleep in on the Weekend. However to get this fixed I of course was willing to get up early. Saturday comes along it's 10am and nobody ever showed up. I called their line 3 times and was simply greeted with a the voicemail box is full message. I've worked many years in customer service so I try to be an understanding customer myself. I wouldn't of been happy, but I would have accepted a call saying "hey something came up and I won't be able to make it our scheduled appointment". I didn't even get that though. At this point I can't recommend this business as they don't seem to care about new or potential customers.

I can recommend these guys. They were curtious and went right to work and cleaned up when they finished.

I am happy to recommend this company. I contacted them at 9:15 a.m. and asked them to come at 6:00 p.m. Joe was right on time, very friendly, and much more affordable than expected. I would absolutely use them again!

I had them out to replace a bad outdoor faucet. They were fast and did an excellent job at a reasonable rate. I would definitely hire them again.
