We honestly could not have asked for better and prompt service!! I called yesterday at approximately 5pm and spoke to Bob (the owner). I advised him that the alarm on my septic tank was going off. We did not know what the problem was but he advised me that most likely the tank was full. He said he could come out in the morning (today) at 8 am. He was at our house 5 minutes early. Bob was very friendly and he was right about our problem. Our tank was FULL!!! We purchased this house a year ago and this is the first time we have ever had a septic tank. Bob and his assistant emptied our septic tank and cleaned it out. Bob took the time to explain to me how a septic tank works and what to watch for in the future. To top it off...the cost was HALF of what I planned to pay based upon what I had read about septic tank cleanings on Google. I HIGHLY recommend this company to EVERYONE!!!

I strongly recommend you stay far away from this business! Contacted them on a Saturday for a full backed up tank. They told us to call first thing Monday morning and they would pump it. Called several times. Left messages. Received a call back at 11 am saying they were done for the day and could come pump it Wednesday! With the information that the tank is full, cannot shower, and desperate because no one else being open for service they still turned down an emergency service request that they had already promised service for no other reason then " We are done for the day. Call back Wednesday" Disgusting display of human behavior and utter disregard for business. How is this family still in business?! Its pathetic we are getting service 40 miles away from a business closed for the Holiday coming for the sole reason of compassion. I hope this post moves people to think twice before calling Moore and Sons.
