Called and set up a time to take off work to meet Steve. He arrived and spent approx. 20 minutes inspect job and stated he would get back to me 1st thing in the morning...10 days later and totally blew me off. Had to take time from work to meet him..my time is important also..glad I found out this type of attention before I possibly hired. Too many poor contractors out there!
