Train had these guys put in a new furnace just last year. Apparently the furnace froze but because train did it I would need to pay out of pocket expenses to get it fixed! A 1 year warranty in a brand new furnace that "froze" completely unacceptable! Not to mention they planted verman when they first came to do it so they wouldn't have to do it in the cold at that time. This place is completely unreliable and would not recommend it to anyone!

Had them out on a Home Warranty call for A.C. Replaced Condinsate pump, a week later it was down again. Came out and got it working. Another week goes by, down again. This time they aren't bothering to return calls. Also not answering calls. AVOID

They were supposed to come out to my house, it's been a month and they have not. I also called today and was hung up on. Would never recommend this company.
