Doug's Repair was here when they said they would. The technician Jon was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. Our AC was not working it was very hot he did a thorough and made sure everything was right before he left. Would recommend them for your heating and AC issues. Will refer Doug's Repair to my friends and neighbors. Great company

The secretary is pleasant to schedule with. A text comes after making the appointment, and then another text comes when the technician is on his way. Ron came and replaced our septic pump a few months ago, and then fixed our water heater just yesterday. Great guy, great service.

These guys are always amazing. Cody just helped fix a few plumbing issues at our cabin in Island Park and was so awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure the job got done. He was friendly and knew what he was doing! It’s hard to find such a quality company with quality people now days, so I’m glad I found them. I highly recommend Doug’s Repair to anyone!

Jon checked our A/C to make sure everything was working properly. Then I mention our Nest thermostat wasn’t working and that Nest kept sending out their technicians to fix it and they couldn’t. Within 5 minutes of looking at our Nest thermostat Jon had it fixed and working properly.
