I had an interesting situation with Sweet's, the details of which are irrelevant. In a nutshell, they came highly recommended to me from several people so I gave them a try. They were not able to solve my problem in a satisfactory manner, and I was very frustrated and irritated by the whole situation. The owner contacted me directly and rectified the situation. I was not impressed by the technical abilities of the technician that serviced us, but I was impressed by the owner's willingness to resolve the problem. Based on what I have heard from others, I think our situation was unique and rare. Personally, I will probably not use them again, but I was impressed with their customer service and their reputation. I suspect that in most cases, they will be able to help you. Give them a call!
Sweets went out of their way to help me with a sewage wash out and provided excellent service on short notice. Really saved the day!
