Our Hot Water heater had quit, and I felt it was a 911 experience, Ken dropped everything and was ready to respond to my emergency. I appreciate the attention to customer service. Answered the phone immediately, friendly and helpful. Thanks Ken.

Came on time. Did a great job fixing 3 shower heads, replacing a hose bib, and reprogramming our water softener all in about 2 hours. ????????
