Amazing! They have helped with all my events and always have great costumer service! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

I rented a Portable Toilet (PT) from this company while I was building my home and had no working toilets available. During that roughly 5 month period, there were several weeks that the PT was not pumped out. When I called the office to ask why, the lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude, and said the drivers log said it had been pumped. In essence she was calling me a liar. I ended up taking a photo of the full PT and emailing it to her. I till had to wait until the next weeks scheduled pumping to get the situation resolved. Overall, I was very disappointed with their service.

Today ACE was supposed to drop off a unit on our property. At 7 PM when the employee finally arrived, he was very disrespectful! Before I even spoke a word he began yelling and ranting about possibly getting stuck in our driveway. I hadn't even had a chance to explain where it was needed. He yelled about calling his boss and tore off down our dead end road. If that wasn't bizzar enough, I then called his boss explaining what had happened and she said she'd call him and call me back. She did not. So to make a long ridiculous story short, I mer him on his way back down our road. He refused to even roll his window down to speak. When I asked him to please roll the window down, explaining that he may be having a hard day, he continued yelling and screaming. I asked him to please wait a min. While I tried to call his Boss. He ripped off the road, then tore down the road! After finally reaching the ACE office, the lady abruptly asked if I was standing in front of his truck not allowing him to leave. I thought she was joking. After much back and forth on the phone, the ACE office help said after speaking with their "insane" driver that I would need to find someone else. (At that point, I certainly would NEVER give them my business! To top it all off...on our way back to town, my kids and I saw the driver and he flipped us off! WOW! THIS IS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THE ACE OFFICE HELP AND THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN CARE! NEVER EVER WOULD I RECCOMEND ACE!!!
