Do not use if you value money! Although the work was fine as I would expect it from all plumbers. Doc was here 1.15 hours however,I'm to include .45 hours for the time it took him go get parts that he should have had in his big big truck. I had the new garbage disposal here. The charge 450.00 big ones with a discount of $50.00 for coupon. When I complained, he dropped it down another $50.00 dollars for a total price of $350.00. As I tried to explain my view on the high price of labor Doc became very defensive and informed me that i was buying expertise plus his 10 years experience and his four years of plumbing college. Doc next suggested that he could pull everything out and charge me nothing. I replied that I thought he was being stupid and he said I should have called A-1 and would've charged $600.00. Enough is enough. Guess I'll call A-1 next time.
