I would like to thank Buss Mechanical for scheduling me right in the week off Christmas. Very helpful and Brad went above and beyond in what I needed and I'm very happy with the work that was done. Very happy to have a reliable plumber and not getting gouged with the cost. Thank you all for your help.

Buss Mechanical (Chris) is completeing a job our contractor did not finish for 2 bathrooms. He is also fixing new kitchen plumbing that was done incorrectly for our sink and garbage disposal, we also had a leak at the valve. Should of called Buss Mechanical first. Thanks Mark and Chris for awesome customer service and doing a great job.

I give them three stars because I have worked with them when I owned my business. Their work was not what I expected in my opinion and they preach about it being a family owned business but only if that family member does as they say and lives up to there expectations. I am disappointed when I hear about a "family owned" company giving up on family members, pushing them out due to personal issues that has nothing to do with the company. I think that's lieing to customers to get more sales.
