Jose Gonzalez was the technician who took care of our plumbing issue. He was just incredible. Very pleasant, very professional, friendly and I will ask for him again the next time we need plumbing done. The whole company has been great in their communication, professionalism as well as friendliness.

After a load of laundry I noticed a lot of water on the floor. Express was calm and reassuring when I called and sent over a plumber in about 30 minutes. Michael has been here about 4 hours. He found the problem quickly and gave me multiple options for fixes that would fit in my budget and timeline. My house is from the 60’s and a few other other plumbing issues showed up while he was doing the work. Not only did he describe them to me in a way that I understood he again gave me options on how we could proceed. Michael’s patience with my questions, willingness to find solutions within my budget, and professionalism has far exceeded my expectations. I was panicked when I first saw that water but am calm and reassured as he’s cleaning up his tools and work area to leave. Thank you Michael and Express for saving the day! Affordable, responsive, and made this lady dealing With the situation not feel dumb or unsafe. That means a lot with any repair person coming into your home.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, cleanliness, professionalism and quickness of the service rendered by all of the staff I encountered at express plumbing. Making an appointment was quick and easy and they made sure to continually communicate about times and updates before they showed up. Simon was friendly and clear about the possibilities of pricing before fixing our clogged toilet. He smelled clean and took care to wear booties when coming into the house. Thankfully it was a quick fix and he was well on his way shortly after arriving. Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

April & Keith are AWESOME!!!! We had a plumbing issue happen over the weekend and with the stress of that and the stress of our Home Warranty Company not handling the problem well, our anxiety was through the roof! After talking with April, Keith was dispatched to our home and he quickly identified and resolved the issue. The service we were provided by Express Plumbing made a bad situation great!!! All this because of the exceptional customer service provided by April & Keith. We will DEFINITELY use Express Plumbing again. Thanks again April & Keith!!!!

As an owner of an older home, we've come across some unique issues and this past weekend we noticed water backing up in our basement drain while doing laundry. At first we worked with with Michael and he was knowledgeable, though given the unique placement of the house he didn't have a long enough camera to scope the pipe completely. It was a bit frustrating, to be honest, that we weren't able to get answers initially. After talking to the city and having the city jet their line, we were still having issues and knew that it whatever was wrong had to be in the pipe that wasn't wasn't able to be scoped when Express Plumbing originally came out. I called Express back on Sunday and the sent out Keith with a longer camera. Keith was exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he locate at clean out in our front yard that we didn't know existed, he was able to camera and clean out at the blockage. He gave me a bunch of information about the type of pipes we have and took his time pulling the camera out and looked for additional issues, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, Express Plumbing was very helpful this weekend and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need. We will definitely consider them again if and when plumbing needs arise around our house.
