Plumbing Solutions of Idaho

I scheduled Plumbing Solutions to come out and service my water softener. Greg came out and got right to work. He was very professional and talked me through the process. He also gave me a quote of what the service would cost and honored that quote when it was time for payment. He got my water softener working again, despite it being an "experienced" unit. Thank you, Greg and Plumbing Solutions, for your professionalism and awesome customer service.

I do not recommend Plumbing Solutions of Idaho for any mainline repair or any job that involves digging through your yard. They drug a trench from the street to my house in order to replace the mainline. However, they did not mark where they cut through the sprinkler lines and a sprinkler company had to re-dig the entire trench to locate these lines. I’ve confirmed with several landscape companies and plumbers that flagging or documenting where the lines were cut is standard of practice and would’ve been a very simple thing to do. This communication failure and overall negligence led to an extra six hours of labor and unnecessary expense. I contacted Plumbing Solutions of Idaho to ask for help regarding the extra expense involved with re-digging the trench. The plumber, Rick, left a message on my voicemail after a week and said since Plumbing Solutions of Idaho would’ve charged me more to do the job, they would not be able to offer any assistance. I’ve tried calling him and the company back. It’s been over a month and I’ve heard no response from them. I would like to share my experience with the rest of the Boise area so those in need of a plumber do not make the same mistake I made in hiring this company.

Plumbing Solutions is my go to for plumbing issues. Greg just came out to my old house and was able to repair an old leaky tub faucet instead of just replacing it. Saved me $$$. I love these guys! I am in the construction business and its very rare to find work ethic like this company has. Integrity is the word that comes to mind. Thanks again Greg.
