The Rooter Guys

A few months ago, I moved to the area. My kitchen faucet and disposal were not working right. Technician Toby showed up in a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. He could have made a suggestion which I know would have been costly, instead, both items were repaired. Toby was prompt and explained every step. Fast forward to two weeks ago, my second floor pipes froze. Not completely unusual, but I called and Toby showed up again, within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was more than likely an uninsulated pipe in an area which you cannot see or readily access. He recommended a contractor and when the contractor showed up, he could not figure out the problem. I called Toby and he took time to walk the contractor through the problem area. The first contractor did not fix the problem. A second contractor correctly followed Toby's instructions, and now the problem is fixed. Toby could have charged extra for all of this additional communication, but instead he just made courtesy follow-up calls and stopped by. Toby's customer service skills are exemplary. He is a dedicated professional and I would highly recommend The Rooters Guys, specifically Toby for any of your plumbing needs. (A) plus people, from the initial dispatcher I spoke with to Toby; these folks are outstanding.

Service technician Tim came out to out place to clear our drain. He was very professional, clean, called ahead and completed the job quickly! Big thumbs up to The Rooter Guys for hiring good people! ????

Plumbing emergencies aren't fun, but The Rooter Guys made it painless! Other companies were a week out, but Toby came out the same day. He did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Maybe a bit more pricey, but worth the peace of mind it gives.
