Alan showed up fast and on time. They were the only company with availability to come out on the hottest day of the year. He got the ac temporarily fixed until I can afford to replace it. He was also very friendly.
I was praying hard when I found my basement flooded. I am so thankful that God answered my prayers and we found Golden Rule Service. They go above and beyond the call of duty and far above what is expected from a plumbing and HVAC company. They got everything up and running again and stayed late to make sure it was done right. I don’t know how many more adjectives I can give to say they are wonderful. The explanations and options were clear and concise. I wasn’t expecting the process to be so simple and easy. We have had Golden Rule out to fix our furnace, replace the water heater and install a new kitchen faucet. Everyone we have worked with was very polite, friendly, clean and when they worked the didn’t make a mess. They did a very good job and came twice for emergencies after 5 pm. The furnace they fixed on New Year’s Day. I would highly recommend them!
