For new house construction, steer clear of this company. I had a gas leak, water flooded the finished basement, and now 2 1/2 years later I find that they installed a box store quality disposal that needs to be replaced and the faucet is loose from the kitchen sink causing more cabinet damage. I am still living with a sewer smell from the drain in one bathroom that the only solution they offer is to pour large quantities of chlorine in it. If you do contract with them, don’t pay them until everything has been resolved!
Used to praise this business, but no more. They plumbed our house thirty years ago when it was built. Used them for remodeling. Now, when you need them the most, you need to wait a week. Basement is filled with water as a faucet broke during the night. Now, water is turned off and scrambling to find another plumber. Thanks for the loyalty. Don't use this outfit.
