Schroeder Plumbing & Heating

I was referred to Schroeder from a housing manager. We recently purchased a second home so I had no idea who to trust. I've used them twice and have never been there while they serviced my issues and have been happy with my results each time.

DO NOT CALL SCHROEDER PLUMBING & HEATING!!!!!! Call someone else!! My elderly mother purchased a new Furnace from these thieves a year ago and it stopped working on 12/7 and her house was 42 degrees inside. I made a call to Schroeder since they were the company that installed it and the unit would still be under warranty for repair. When I called the office I got a recording that said to call the on call technician. I called the technician and left a voice message detailing the problem and asking for a return call to have someone come and fix the problem as soon as possible. I waited an hour and received no return phone call, so I called again and left another message. Once again I waited another hour and called for a third time and left yet another message and still received no return phone call. I never received a call from the on call technician or anyone from this company the entire weekend. On the morning of Monday 12/10 I called the office and spoke to someone and asked to talk to Spencer Schroeder the owner to voice my concerns and to set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at the unit. He was not available and she said he would call me back. Called again the afternoon of the 10th and again asked him to call me back, again no call back. Called again twice on the 11th and still to this day no call back from Spencer the owner or anyone from this company. Seeing the pattern here? It is bad enough when an on call technician doesn’t call you back, but the owner of the company? Pretty easy to see that this company is only interested in taking advantage of elderly customers overcharging by a thousand dollars from initial install quote, then not servicing the products that they sell and having no concern for customers comfort or safety. Quick to cash the check but no service or even a return call after the sale. SHAME ON YOU SPENCER, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR COMPANY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY YOURSELF!! You have my number Spencer, still waiting for that return phone call, but I am sure I won’t get it. Go elsewhere there are better and more honest options with other companies in the area!!!

Kevin came and did exactly what I needed done both quickly and expertly. He was very friendly and even helped correct a sink install issue I had that wasn't part of the service call. I highly recommend Schroeder Plumbing.

Worked with Schroeder on a furnace issue. The repair took multiple visits from the technicians before finally working without issues. Each time I called, I was greeted kindly and the same technicians would come out the same day and begin the troubleshooting process all over again. I am pleased with the service from start to finish.

These guys are incredible came to my house and my trailer fixed everything the first time will definitely recommend them and definitely use their service again thank you for your service
