Was told I would have someone come out before noon today to help with a tub faucet. Never received a call, nor did anyone ever show up. I took time off of work to have this done. Very unprofessional. Was contacted at 2:16 pm with excuses saying the worker was not told it was supposed to be before noon. Lack of communication, or just a means of not having to take responsibility? The worker who called was unprofessional as well. Sounded like he didnt even want to do the job in the first place?
