Aaron did a fantastic job replacing our old deck boards with new composite materials. He asked a lot of questions to build a complete picture of what we wanted and worked autonomously, making great decisions along the way. He was also engaging in discussions about what was possible and how it would be done. Aaron was respectful of our property while he replaced the boards, built new stairs, and installed a railing, gate, and landing.
