Highly recommend! I can not say enough good things! We came home from vacation to find we had no water coming to the house from our well. Lillie Plumbing, Heating And Electrical arrived within an hour of our call and quickly got things running again! Helpful, prompt and efficient!
I bought a house that Lillie Plumbing, Heating and Electrical had installed a hot water heater in July 2015. The tank began to leak on Friday and slowly getting worse over the weekend. I called them Monday morning at 8:30 and asked if it was under a warranty and not only was it a yes they honored it! I had a plumber in my home 2.5 hours later to verify the issue and in a few more hours my new water heater will be installed. The only cost to me will be labor. Kudos for standing behind your product! I absolutely recommend them to anyone needs work done.
People be aware that this company has no emergency priorities for people with babies or the elderly with no AC or heat. My parents were with no air for a couple of days, my sister called and they told her that they were very busy and could put them on the schedule. The previous owner stopped by took a look found it had froze up, said to run the fan only to throw it out. We did that for about 5hrs. My sister called Saturday am and left a message. We received no response. I made one call and had someone at the house in an hour on Saturday morning before 10am. They showed me what the problem was and got the AC working at no charge. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT HIRING THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY THAT INVOLVES ELDERLY PARENTS OR BABIES.
